I’ve been moved at the O2 before. My mum booked nosebleeds but didn’t realise how steep they are at the O2 (this was before there was a warning when you booked those seats) and my friend who came with us was terrified of heights and could not navigate those stairs. Sometimes they will leave tickets unsold or use returned tickets if people can no longer attend to accommodate people in these instances.

They do allow you to leave the queue to go to the toilet or something food but as he left for well over 6 hours. They allow a short amount of time! They make them take a photo so it has a timestamp on it so they can see when they left

That’s not actually true you can leave your place. You have your number on the back of your hand. The security normally do say take a photo of where you are. You can go to the toilet. You can go and get a drink or something to eat and then you come back so this part of their story does not ring true because they did leave the queue on several occasions and went back to it so why all of a suddenright? Near the end where they told to go to the back of the queue it just doesn’t make sense.

I’m 7 months pregnant and had to change our standing tickets to seated (purchased a year ago before falling pregnant different concert but still 02) we had to purchase new tickets. They don’t just swap them for seated tickets that easily!

People were allowed to leave the queue, for a toilet break or grab some food to take back. However he left and went for a whole sit down meal left for hours and expected to get back to where he left. 🙄

You can leave quickly for a pee or to grab food and drink to bring back to the queue. However, 6-8 hours away to come back just before opening is a piss take

Honestly I don’t know why people buy the whole Elphaba being naive act, they’re incredibly manipulative and know exactly how to rage bait. I think E had an accessible ticket all along and was doing basically a storyline of being in line etc.
