Context for everyone: this is two year old James Bulger. He was taken from a mall (or department store in the uk) two kids skipping school decided to shoplift that day, they saw James and watched him for a short period of time before coax James away, James willingly walked off with the boys out of the mall. James mother noticed shortly after James was taken and was about a minute shy of catching the boys with him still there at the mall. The boys proceeded to make James walk several miles, pushing him down and attacking him on and off as they walked. They even tried to get James to go into a water reservoir, he didn’t. As they were walking James was crying and several people noticed, even asked the boys and they claimed to be his brother. One passer by saw that he had a rather big cut on his head and was crying but the boys proceeded to explain that they were taking him home. At one point they were extremely close to a police station when a woman with children spotted them, she asked if James was alright and if they needed help to the police station. She was tempted to follow but wanted to go home with her children as she was tired. They proceeded to take James to a railway area, they proceeded to a55ualt James v!0lently, pushing, kicking, punching, throwing batteries (we will come back to this), pieces of bricks and more.. after they killed James, they placed him on the tracks where he was hit by a train. Later two young boys ran into James body on the tracks and the authorities were contacted. When an autopsy was done it was revealed James was also s/ad with batteries.. James cried for his mother.. James walked by many people with these boys.. one was named John venables, the other was Robert (somethjng) both got name changes but later Robert commuted other horrible offenses against children. John however seems to live a normal life with a new name. It is believed Robert did a lot of the assault. That being said I wrote it from memory of this case. Truly sad and sicking that children were capable of doing this to another child. So there you go, the facts might not be fully accurate as I’m writing from memory. But that is the jist of it.

When my daughter was around 1-2 years old she was just learning her name so whenever someone called for her she would come running. She was walking in a Dollar Tree with me and my friends and my friend was showing her something and said her name while I was in another aisle. Some kids heard her name so they started calling for her. My friend grabbed her hand because she had started to walk towards them and she said "Can you please not do that? We don't want her to follow people she doesn't know." the kids got nasty with her saying "fuck you bitch, you ain't our mama you can't tell us what the fuck to do." my friend picks my daughter up and walks back over to me and tells me what happened while the kids go to their mom. I hear the mom running her mouth about how "people need to learn to shut the fuck up and mind their own damn business and who the fuck do we think we are telling her kids what to do" and she's in the next aisle over so loud enough that I knew she could hear I tell my friend to "show me where the kids went and if their mom has issues with us asking her kids not to call my daughter over because we don't want her wandering off with strangers than I can and will get police involved for possible kidnapping." the lady dropped what she had and grabbed her kids telling them they were leaving as they hurried out of the store. The whole time all I could think of was the story of Jamie and how several people saw him with his killers sobbing for his mother, being pushed and hurt and no one did anything because the boys lied and said they were his brothers and he was in trouble and being taken home when in reality they were taking him to torture and kill him.
