I’m going through this now. I’ve been miserable. My colonoscopy showed nonspecific chronic inflammation on biopsies. But my IBD Prometheus blood work panel showed positive for Crohn’s disease

Mounjaro helped me a lot! , have UC Urgency and inflammation are down by 50% on 2.5 mg after 8 weeks. Moving to 5mg next for maybe 8 weeks. Still on OMVOH 4-week shots; I've been on it for 7+ months, and it also helps. But Mounjaro... wow,, oh wow!

definitely blood and mucus !!! that's when things started going south and shortly after came the official diagnosis...

that can definitely be a thing ...the same happened to me ...I was soooo freaked out by the blood and mucus and all they kept telling me almost like it was normal...ofc years later after so much suffering I was diagnosed with Crohn's...so
