Remember the time, I do solo shift from opening to closing. Mind you there’s only 3 of us barista, so if restday isa then dalawa nalang kami. It happen na may emergency yung dapat na kasama ko, and left with no choice but to solo the whole day. Around 7pm nag peak ako, pila sila hanggang labas ng store (Pickup-coffee) then this one lady hand me a 1,000peso but that time it was sunday and sobrang simot na barya ko, so I asked if she had smaller bill, sobrang kalmado ko nun, but then she started raising her voice telling me na “anong oras na wala pa rin kayong barya? So ano ako pa magpapabarya nito?” And since diko pwede iwan ang store kasi walang bantay, I’ve decided to take other orders just to get some change for that 1k, kinasama pa lalo ay yung ibang customer puro 1k and 500 yung pera edi putangina-na-putangina na ako sa buhay nun, tas naiyak nalang. Lala nun, while I do all their drinks natulo luha ko. Some offer small bills and barya, that’s how my day end. Exhausted af.

I swear i used to have more sparkle in my eyes and since being a barista a sbux it has slowly faded and i’m afraid one day it will be gone

i just had it yesterday, while i’m bussing out I approached one tanders and asked her politely ?Kunin ko na po ba? While slowly reaching the tray far side of her table. She then said on louder voice enough for the people on the cafe to notice the loudness “Kung kukunin mo yan, iisa isahin kong ibabalik yan sa paglalagyan?” And I just smiled anyway and walked away from her table. This shouldn’t be a basic or normalized.

in jollibee, I accidentally dropped the maya tab during peak hour and 'yung matandang lalake na costumer ko sinabi sa manager na " ayoko lang sabihin to pero malandi s'ya " hahaha wala akong magawa kundi mag smile lang.. then yung next costumer ko na lgbt the she asked me if I'm okay s'yempre nasabi ko lang is yes, pero deep in side galit na galit ako sa matandang yon hahaha.

Ako sa Call center telco (US) may tumawag intro palang sinigawan na ako. Kase daw e coconect nya yung Smart TV nila sa Hotspot ng phone nila nagalit baket daw may password yung Hotspot. Sagot ko may password na talaga yan para sa privacy at hindi maka connect kung sino2 pra di maubos yung data nyo. Ginuide ko step by step kung saan makikita password. At yun naintindihan naman, nag apologize nga sila pero hayss basta hahaha

I just thought to try out working in retail yesterday. And i for fun applied for lush and i ran back home. Laughing and crying. The manager was telling a small kid to find an item in a bath tub and she couldn’t stretch her hands because she was so small and she couldn’t understand her. I was crying. That’s so stupid.
