The officer was scared of a miniature donkey that is insane to me. He had no right shooting the donkey. Why was he on the farm? What part of their investigation led them to this far? This child was not on this farm. He needs to be prosecuted, sued, and pay restitution. It’s not gonna replace her pet. Nothing will.
