@mothershipsg: The incident took place on Aug. 31 in New York City, AP News reported.  49-year-old Pamela Cisneros reportedly brandished 2 knives and stabbed a 68-year-old man in the abdomen before stabbing another woman in the stomach. New York City police commissioner described the attack as “random and unprovoked”. Police officers confronted the suspect shortly after and deployed stun guns in an attempt to subdue her. Cisneros and her victims were taken to Bellevue Hospital, where Cisneros and the female victim were pronounced dead.
