No! She should get a minimum $500K and the hospital should pay all her attorney fees.

$100,000 definitely was not enough cuz she could have lost her life over that she could have passed out against something and severely herself

She should be given $500,000 plus a bonus plus erase and whoever’s been harassing her about staying over should be allowed to walk in her shoes when she has to work extra time they should work extra time and they should work 24 hours around the clock that is unfair to the nurse and to the patient she’s taken care of. I hope this nurse is doing better and I hope she feels better. God bless the nurse.

a nurse fainted from extreme health exhaustion after working 16 consecutive hours in the hospital intensive care unit olny to face dismissal from the hospital upon waking up the nurse in mediately field the lawsuit against the hospital the nurse explained that she had already worked two hours consecutive shifts that day and was physically and mentally exhausted while assisting a patien she saddenly lost consciousness and collapsed on the floor however instead of allowing her to rest the hospital terminated her employment immedial hospital representative argued that when the hospital is under staffed emplayees must work overtime they claimed that the nurses refusal constituted a serious breach of her contract the court ruled that hospital administrators knowing full well the nurse was extremely fatigued still required her to continue working 2 a decision that endangered not only the nurse herself also the patients in her care the court further ruled that health issues resulting from long working hours do not constitute valid reason for termination and ordered hospital to pay the nurse $100,000 in compensation a hospital's duty is to protect people's health including that of its employees do you think $100,in compensation is sufficien 🙏😇🙌❤️💯😘😍🥰😀😅😂🤣
