the judge was right the cop had his phone in his hand and the cop was on personal business so he wasn't supposed to be on his phone either

It’s pretty crazy that he’s probably found people guilty of similar charges hundreds of times without even thinking about giving a break… but he does something wrong & wants a break.. and I’m sure they dropped the charges in court
