If you push something away from you, you are also pushing yourself the other way, so obv rockets can propell in a vacuum

rockets don't need air to push themselves, they use the pressure from the engines themselves, by burning fuel, it causes immense pressure in the nozzle, causing hot gases to come out of the nozzle at an immense speed, which is stated in newton's third law which is "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.", so because of the gases coming out of the nozzle, it causes the rocket to propel itself even without air.

This is wrong, due to the conservation of momentum. If a rocket is stationary in space then it’s momentum is 0, lets say the rocket turns on its boosters or wtv and ejects air particles from one end, the particles will now be moving meaning they have a momentum. However since the rocket had a momentum of 0 initially, tht momentum must be conserved so the rockets will move in the opposite direction of the particles such that its momentum is equal to the momentum of the ejected air.

you think rockets use air😂😂😂. the use fuel particles.

so i just need to have a detachable wall that can be a barrier for the thrust?

it's not going to immediately push... it takes a bit of energy to make something move, ever seen dead lifting? those people aren't moving very quickly until they drop the bar.

im pretty sure the rocket carries on its momentum from its escape from eartv orbit and also the scenario doesnt account for reduced gravity

The fact that flat earthers don't understand motion and fluidnmechanics is the reason why they weren't and aren't the ones who figured out and know how to design the rockets, missiles and planes lol

Maybe because it’s getting affected by a stronger force which is gravity🙏

You do understand they carry oxygen right. And the engine BLASTING into the void, will create its own thrust from its own exhaust. It’s not a puff of air. It’s created thrust.

newtons third law of motion: for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, in the video you showed obviously pushing a miniscule amount of gas out from a syringe isnt gonna propel the syringe forward

in the video the air doesnt propell it because it hit matter its because Newton's third law that states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, when the air is pushed out the syringe is propelled forward. you can't disprove science with science that supports what you're denying. Think of it like this Imagine a rocket floating in a perfect vacuum, with no air or anything else around it.
The rocket accelerates its exhaust backward.
The rocket exerts a force on the exhaust: causing it to move forward.

what bro is basically saying is that, planes don't exist bcs they don't have anything to propel them on since they're in the sky on a horizontal position 😂, what kind of logic is that?
