i was on a regional call with hundreds of mangers and one of the topics was that we can't issue gift cards on exchanges...i was totally doing that..a lot 😅..i thought i was being smart because they had an exchange only policy and i found a way to make everyone happy while keeping the money locked into the company 🤷
