the Parliament is a mess and they should not pass technical things, because a NIN is connected to personal information and sim cards lines, passport number and driving permit, why expose someone nin mbu tin ? nonsense URA has failed to put measurements for each person to acquire Tin, why is not that URA should open for everyone a tin number and inform them ? or extra a tin number from a nin number, they should remove Senior 6 or it's equivalent, mps should be having masters above
