There is something wrong with the machine. I have had the same problem with a whirlpool. It also tears my towels to pieces.

Everyone knows there’s a problem with the machine. It’s been like this for years and the only reason I still have mine it’s because it’s just me and my wife. (No Kids) so we don’t play in the mud like little kids do. But the machine is a piece of junk and Samsung knows this. I’ve had ours for about two years now. Can’t wait to go back to the old school machines.

These new washing machines suck. I bought a new one recently. That is just like my old one and I’m thrilled. I have an agitator I can control how much water goes in there. I can open it to add something if I want. No digital.

I’m sorry I’m not buying this video one damn bit. If it doesn’t work when you get it if it’s still underwater, you call them they come check it out. They would definitely find something wrong with this machine. So I don’t believe this video one damn bit.

I paid $300 at Sears for my Kenmore large size washer 15 years ago. Still works perfectly, I use it multiple times a day, every day.
