My boyfriend found me an older washer That has an agitator, fills with water, doesn’t lock, and doesn’t take 3 hrs to do a load of laundry. I am hoping this washer outlives me. I hate the newer ones with a passion.

Samsung is garbage, they do not stand by their products. I own multiple houses and apartments and will never buy Samsung again, I avoid anything Samsung.

It’s badly designed you need the agitator in the middle of a top loader to agitate the clothes that’s why I prefer front loaders because the gravity becomes the agitator
