I would rather have someone tell me im disgusting for caring for ALL animals including the "filthy" ones. rats, mice, pigeons, possums, all sorts of birds, squirrels... I would rather be called crazy instead of an animal killer

it is legal if you're a falconer this is how most falcons are obtained so when there job is done they can be released and some times owls can get in the mix when there looking for hawks

Highly recommend blocking the square holes in the wire bars with something like cardboard when transporting any birds. Or have a cardboard foldable pet carrier instead. This is unfortunately a common problem with carriers that have open bars - birds can break legs or wings 😔
