As an HR Professional with 8years experience, I have came across such CVs that are 100% crafted and align to the job but candidates fail to articulate according to how they describe themselves on CVs and even when they have to explain the technical questions of the role. This exposes candidate's credibility and pose a serious question on the legitimacy of what has been included on the CVs which at may be seen as being dishonest by the panel and that can eliminate your application for the role

Where I work we don’t use those ATS systems. We screen cv by cv and all I can say is every HR person has a preference.
