in our constitution it states that a child of a Haitian father is considered Haitian but a child of a Bahamain father is considered a Bahamain so when you start to speak get the fact streat.

Nope they don’t. They established a law that if you were born after 1972 to Haitian parents, you are not Bahamian. They did not screw up. Bahamas will not take him back

Young men of God :
Even if he was born in the Bahamas he is still not a Bahamian citizen only if he did his paperwork before he turned 18 so he is still a Haitian only if his parents are Bahamian otherwise they can’t help him

Are you aware that according the Bahamian law you are a citizen of your mother's birth country, so if his mother is a Haitian, then he is a Haitian, that is why he had a Haitian passport. All children of Bahamian mother's no matter where in the world they born are Bahamian. Not Haitian mothers.

A young man who has lived in America for 20 years recently obtained a passport, but questions arise about its origin—did he acquire it from the Bahamas or elsewhere? It’s perplexing, as it seems difficult to obtain a passport from the Bahamas without returning there first. Some people are making assumptions about his birthplace, suggesting that if he was born in the Bahamas, he should have established legal status. However, it’s important to differentiate between assumptions and facts, as many are quick to speak without understanding the full context. Before discussing such matters on social media, we should ensure we have all the details and avoid spreading misinformation.
