Exactly 💯 Am in Asaba. If you want to live in Asaba, try to live in your own house, to avoid these agents. Thn coming to business, try & have tht shop in your house, & make sure the kind of business you will do there. only food stuffs, school, hotel & medical is the best business there. if not your money will go. The landlords and the agents there is devilish. Everything am buying is from Onitsha. Jxt live in your own house in Asaba, & do your business in onitsha.
