People often seek assistance and call upon the Honorable Minister to intervene in the resolution of their disputes. However, they appear to be unwillingness to listen, with the response: "we know all that." Thank you, Mr. Sankwasa. You made it clear that: 1. *The appointment or removal of chiefs* is not the responsibility of the Minister, but of the community. 2. *The provisions of the Constitution* are of utmost importance. Decisions cannot be based on mere statements; they must be guided by the Namibian Constitution. 3. *Respect for authority and the chain of command* must be upheld. Matters should not be escalated directly to the Minister, bypassing the Governor. Deputy Ministers must also be accorded due respect. 4. *The Deputy Minister did not reject the petition.* A petition is a form of document. However, not all documents qualify as petitions. The classification depends on the content. Since the content was not known at the time, the Deputy Minister appropriately referred to it as a petition. Thank you, Honorable James Sankwasa, for your impartiality, non-tribalistic approach, and honesty. Those with tribalistic motives are revealing themselves. *Viva Honorable Minister James Sankwasa!*
