Creamy Bacon & Mushroom Pasta🍝 Ingredients: Pasta — 150 g Bacon — 200 g Mushrooms — 100 g Onion — 1/2 Heavy cream — 150 g Parmesan — 20 g Parsley Dried garlic Salt & pepper Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, reserving some pasta water. Fry the bacon until golden and crispy, then remove it from the pan. In the same pan, sauté the onion and mushrooms. Add the bacon back in, pour in the cream and a little pasta water. Add Parmesan, dried garlic, salt and pepper. Add the cooked pasta and mix everything together until creamy. Finish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Pasta Cremosa con Bacon y Champiñones🍝 Ingredientes: Pasta — 150 g Bacon — 200 g Champiñones — 100 g Cebolla — 1/2 Nata para cocinar — 150 g Parmesano — 20 g Perejil Ajo en polvo Sal y pimienta Cocina la pasta según las instrucciones del paquete y reserva un poco del agua de cocción. Fríe el bacon hasta que esté dorado y crujiente, luego retíralo de la sartén. En la misma sartén, sofríe la cebolla y los champiñones. Vuelve a añadir el bacon, incorpora la nata y un poco del agua de cocción de la pasta. Añade el parmesano, ajo en polvo, sal y pimienta. Incorpora la pasta cocida y mezcla bien hasta obtener una salsa cremosa.
