Five branches — and one of them isn't a product at all. 🟢 MODELS — Opus 5 (agentic coding), Sonnet 5 (the balanced default), Haiku 4.5 (fast, cheap, 200K), Fable 5 (sits on top of all three). 🟩 BUILD ON IT — Claude API, Agent SDK, MCP. One protocol, every tool. 🔵 WORK IN IT — Claude Code, Cowork, Claude Design. 🟣 EXTEND IT — Marketplace (partner tools, no commission), Managed Agents, workspace apps. 🔴 NOT PRODUCTS — Constitutional AI, RLHF, Zero Trust. 👀 That last branch is the point. These keep appearing on ecosystem charts as boxes next to real products. They're not. Constitutional AI is a training method, not an API. RLHF is how the model was aligned, not a service you call. Zero Trust is your security posture, not a Claude feature. FOUR BRANCHES YOU CAN CALL. ONE YOU CANNOT. ⚠️ Also check your versions. Charts still circulating say Opus 4.8 and Sonnet 4.6.
