Buckle up. 👁️👇 I just found this U.S. court case where a Federal Appeals Court ruled that the private possession of fully AI-generated child abuse images is protected under the First Amendment. It is completely sick, ridiculous logic that does nothing but create a legal smokescreen for actual predators. And if you think this is just an American loophole, look at what the mainstream media is putting out up here. The RCMP just dropped an official report stating that AI child abuse material is now showing up in exactly 33 percent of all online investigations! Pay attention to that number. We saw it everywhere during COVID in Canada, and we see it all the time in Canadian press releases and news articles.
