@godfidentfaith: When Logic Meets Love: The Probability of a Miracle 🌌❤️ Usually, science and faith are presented as opposites—two lines that never intersect. But in this beautiful scene from Young Sheldon, we see one of the most touching arguments for the existence of a Creator, delivered by the most skeptical mind of all. Sheldon, a character defined by cold, hard facts and unwavering logic, confronts the “Fine-Tuning Argument.” He realizes that the precision of our universe is too exact to be a mere accident. Maybe miracles aren’t about magic. Maybe a miracle is just what happens when the math is so overwhelmingly against you, but love wins anyway. Whether you believe in a divine creator or the random chaos of the cosmos, the fact that we are here, and that we have people to love, is the greatest statistical anomaly of all. Sometimes, the most logical conclusion is simply gratitude.

I think Young Sheldon to some degree did at least think in the back of his head that there could be something out there but he just wanted to use the principles of science to dismiss God even though many of the answers that he could have had would lead to the Creator

You never know what people are. A barber in my area was arrested today for selling drugs. I've been going to him for about 10 years and I never knew he was a barber

Deism is not an indefensible position but theism is indefensible. You can argue for a creator but you can't prove nor disprove any claims made about that creator , claiming that there's a creator is one thing but to claim that you know what they want is another thing. So maybe there's a creator but this is not what the God debate is about, the God debate is about how well we can prove that the creator is interested in our lives , the debate is not about the possibility of a creator alone. Do you get it ?
