I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this is not actually Katy Perry or Rihanna. It’s performed by a demo vocalist (it was rumored to be Priscilla Renea) and they made this song in hopes of pinning it to Rihanna and Katy. I believe it was called Lights Out or Someone To Love. This was a big topic on Pop forums back in 2011-12.
