California students go to UH??? Wow

Ethan :

Went to UH for undergrad and currently enrolled in Rice for my Masters:)

QUEEN_MUM :

FACT is that UH is now climbing for value and price on the USA lists and Niche lists and the alumni #’s in the 4th largest city that is the most diverse. Our secret is coming out! Home grown talent for sports, academics and art!

CRichardson@50 :

Once we get Gregg Abbott out, it’s going to explode with young adults coming here

Dnezzy :

Rice added 1 professor to every 8 students. That ratio is even more impressive.

;-; :

they admitted way too many people … go home everyone please 🥺 it’s so hard to find parking sometimes

locogiraffe :

bro UH changed so much. i remember before covid i would park for free in most parking lots after like 8pm and the lot would be empty nobody would bother me to make me pay. Now they will give you a ticket for even blinking wrong anywhere on that campus lol

Comadre :

Please people from California do not come to Houston

user9563538387630 :

What about st. Thomas university? I never hear you guys talking about it

Krystal Blacklock 🇺🇸 :

I wonder if they will start going up on out of state tuition due to the growth?

Chris Bilec :

UH hockey team is growing too

brooke :

seeing this right after getting accepted last tuesday 😭

Ink and Stars :

Stop accepting more students if you aren't gonna add parking spaces.

Gerardo :

UH undergrad, currently getting my rice MBA 2nd year

A Bussy So Sloppy 🍑💦 :

what about Texas A&M Victoria?

ori :

Wolff center of entrepreneurship is #1 in the country and Bauer and UH over all keep ranking up nationally, not a surprise!

WorldWideWeb :

Go Coogs! 💪🔥💪🔥💪🔥💪🔥💪🔥💪🔥

TheReturnOfDirkDiggler :

UH is the best

Justin :

UH has been positioning for this expansion for a while, but it’s still needs room to expand.

ᴍɪʟᴀɴ +|- :

na fr chicago, bay area, and then louisiana folks stay at UH

stickyickyicky :

MargoPez :

Alan :

HTX_HotTakes :

when will profitable scams for churning out young people willing to be exploited for the good of corporations over the good of the people stop? probably never.

🤩 :

The media has always focused on Calif, NY, Chicago, even Dallas (I have to travel to Austin or Dallas in Texas if I want to buy the Swatch Royal Pop!)and has ignored this city which has good universities, diversity, and old oil money that has endowed schools, the arts, and so many things.
