I have a case of similar nature but justice Mukiibi made the life of the owner very hard I.e proving that she is still alive. we brought everything and the defendant brought nothing, all he kept on saying "go and meditate" till he retired. the new judge gave us judgement in two weeks. I came to learn that The lawyer was a relative to Justice Mukiibi 😱😱😱

Because the country prides in basing on ones ability to answer the "who's your father", "What's your village", bring a letter from police, LC1, and GISO to verify the nationality of a person!!!! There's no registry of persons and deaths!!! And we're very proud and very smart people😂
