This is untold story about Christianity in Nigeria, and I’m very happy that you mentioned it. They forced many Yoruba Muslims to change to Christians before they enrolled them into schools when the Missionaries brought western education to Nigeria. Those who refused to change were denied enrollment. Some of them had to change their names from Muslim names to yoruba names.
