It should a nonprofit art colony including $200-300 mo studios for real non commercial artists - like the way the artcenter/south Florida use to be at Meridian and lincoln rd. Including an art gallery - art supply store and classes global artist in resident programs etc etc- but well run without corruption - that Is the answer-
