The police is just reckless, if you cant deal with unarmed civilians in one day, wait for another day and go hunt for him with reinforcement. Just because you can't handle a person doesn't give you right to shoot a civilian. That shows, training and discipline is missing in the police academy. Plus police officers who rot around civilians malls, in civilians, small hidden bars or coners and just relaxed but in uniform, tetubagala. Allow civilians to start recording police officers in wrong and see if half of kampala officers won't be in court of law n justice.
