Thank you for this post. I’ve had sepsis too, and have lost both my legs in the last 3 years because of it. I’d like to think I’m resilient and determined and I’m up walking on two prosthetic legs, I drive, I work and push myself to do everything within my remit. But I’m still very conscious about people looking at me, after everything I’ve been through you’d think it’d be water off a ducks back by now. I’ve made a point of wearing shorts whilst the weather has been hot and it’s really tested me. And you know what, people looking, even stare but I’m learning to just let them and just not give a s**t!!! Love you advice ❤️

I admire your mindset 🥰 I had sepsis 2 times this year and it spiked a 3rd time but was caught in time luckily so only needed strong antibotics the 3rd time. Did you suffer with health anxiety? Mine is terrible and any little symptom makes me think its back or much worse. My thoughts make me have panic attacks, its exhausting xx
