I work with DC's and network infrastructure teams. All DC's report their own data. However, in other countries the government also has oversight and required reporting on power and water usage etc. We won't have that here and there's little to no regulations with the DC's here. Also we require monthly reporting. Every 6 months???? huh??? that's way too much time of usage in between. So twice a year?? Meanwhile they check our home usage once a month 😬 So essentially having the DC be required to report their own usage is kinda pointless. 🫤
