Opioids work for my fibromyalgia pain, but mine are full agonist opioids I also use a patch- your patch is a partial agonist . Everyone’s different I have heard that works for some people and not others. I hope you find the molecule that helps you.

Have you tried low dose naltrexone? Also I’ve been opioids aren’t good for fibro because you build a tolerance quicker than other people, so just not good in the long run!

I was on that patch and it helped me a great deal BUT I got 3rd degree chemical burns from the gel in the patch. I was also on all those same meds and the side effects were so bad.

Hi just found you. I was initially diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and you've probably had a million folks ask this. I have Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, MCAS and other fun stuff but the EDS is the underlying cause. I definitely have fibromyalgia like pain (I'm also in the process of getting another connective tissue disorder diagnosis of Lipedema which is painful as well). Many of us have the same reaction to different adhesives spray on Benadryl could help as well (if you can find it I haven't been able to lately) I don't know what so you have going on but maybe check into the types of EDS it's not as rare as they say it's just rarely diagnosed. I just know that was the stem of my fibro pain. Whatever is causing your pain I do hope you find relief...I know it can be horrendous and medicine reactions are no joke.. I have paradoxical reactions to certain meds.. another EDS trait.

I was put on dilauded 4mg every 4 hours..after a couple years I was in withdrawals every morning and throughout the day. had to go to detox to get off of it...good luck to you..hugs
