@tut0ugh: 🇷🇺🌐Russian President Vladimir Putin has called for the United Nations (UN) to adapt to changing global conditions while maintaining its role as the central mechanism for international cooperation during the SCO Plus meeting in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
