You are not alone either Ari 💙 I remember how painful OCD is. I remember "what if I wasn't paying attention and X,Y,Z happened?" You feel trapped between hypotheticals and reality, things you can't or shouldn't try to problem solve but equally not able to move on from. Sitting with the uncertainty as long as you can. Worrying to the point of exhaustion, thinking you deserve that as punishment. Oh it's incomparable anguish. Note that I say "I remember". I'm doing much better now. It can get better and I hope that for you Ari, so much. I'm gonna DM you the strategies that helped me. 🫂🫂
