If the jury is divided, then the state didn’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt. There should be no hung jury.

Some people went in thinking she was guilty. We all thought she was guilty. The problem is they presented a lot of evidence that placed doubt on whether she even did it. In fact, it looks like she did not do this. So the difference is we all thought she was guilty when the trial started and some of us changed our minds and we changed them hard. We don’t just think she did it because she was insane. We don’t think she did it at all.

I feel so bad for them. My experience with jury duty was awful - I was attacked for my opinion and it got so intense I wanted to just walk out the door and give up. I cannot imagine how intense this is, especially after all the trauma from the trial.

If Lindsay killed the kids right after Patrick left…as the ADA stated in closing. How was the baby revived well after 6pm. So he laid there….for almost an 40 mins to an hour with no CPR until paramedics found him then was revived even later…. And yall still think she did it? The baby being able to be revived literally topples the entire timeline.

There’s so much reasonable doubt that I’m very irritated they aren’t agreeing on that. Tbh all it takes is one person who hates women to refuse to reach that verdict. I’m speculating but that was my exact fear that there could be some kind of bias in at least one person that doesn’t allow them to be impartial
