Could not be more accurate! I have a LOT of weight to lose. I want it gone now! It’s very different for me a 50 year old, from someone much younger. I see all these “after” posters on tiktok and I push myself harder. But then I get derailed by an injury and self sabotage. Dealing with that right now.
