for everyone saying the cop is at fault for the red truck getting flipped, the officer yielded at the red light before proceeding through, the red truck was supposed to stop but didnt hear the sirens or see the cruiser, so the officer is not at fault here, especially since he yielded before heading through the light to continue the pursuit

That cop needs to serve jail time if anybody else would’ve done it they would’ve served jail time so that deputy needs to spend the same thing he killed somebody so therefore he needs to go to jail as well. No special treatment for the deputy he killed somebody he needs to go to jail whether he’s a cop or not he needs to go to jail he killed somebody That deputy needs to face charges. I don’t agree with him not getting charges against him. He hit somebody.
