So sorry to see you struggle sweetheart. Best advice I can give is get some ear phones and play EMDR and bilateral beats music it has a ping pong effrct back and forth, left, right, left, right, sound that travels to your left ear, then right ear. it is used both in trauma therapy to release trapped trauma in the body and it also regulates the nervous system. There are lots of them for free on youtube. it is highly effective, and also beneficial to sleep with it playing next to you as soft background music they have 8-10 hour versions on YouTube that will play via your phone or laptop. It will help your internal hardware 🥰 sending you lots of love.

Support over here is rubbish. Try to sit next time clear your brain and try to relax the more you think about it and the more you fight it the worse it gets unfortunately a dark room for 20mins can be helpful.
