Girl I totally get you—that uncomfortable feeling after heat, sitting all day, or workouts, so many of us have been there so don't blame yourself. Daily care isn't about scrubbing with fragranced body wash, just pick something gentle for external use. My doctor friend recommended KUGIG Wash and it's really mild, you can give it a try. But if discomfort lasts or something feels off, definitely see a doctor first.
