Girl, I was laughing at you. You should’ve tried chocolate meat but you said no no no I love it. I was engaged to a Filipino. That’s how I learned how to cook and eat the food.

Diniguan is soooo good. My grandma & aunt would call it chocolate meat when me & my cousins were young & we would eat it tf up even though it didn’t taste like chocolate. Hella good 😭😭 I can get past the pork blood now as an adult bc the flavor is just too good imo. No different than eating other parts of the pork, the blood is cooked & reduced & the wonderful flavor stays. I understand the skepticism, I do hope you end up expanding your palate & giving it a try to know whether or not you actually like it or not without making a judgement while not trying it or knowing what it tastes like!
