The instructions he gave before deliberation were repeated over and over, if you the jurors cannot find the evidence beyond a reasonable doubt proving that Lindsay did commit the crimes YOU MUST FIND HER NOT GUILTY. He repeated this over and over. And now he's asking to keep in mind what he said.

afaik, Massachusetts law is all 12 need to have the same verdict, not a majority, so that’s probably why it’s so hard to get to a decision. but it really shouldn’t be with the “job“ the prosecution did. which is not any.
