@madewithmonday: Today is World PCOS Day 🩵 And this year, there is something especially important to talk about: PCOS has officially been renamed PMOS — Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. The new name better reflects what people living with this condition have long known: it is about so much more than ovarian cysts or reproductive health. This September, let’s keep raising awareness, sharing accurate information, and supporting everyone living with PCOS/PMOS. 🩵 #PCOSAwareness #PMOSAwareness #pcos #pmos #pcosproblems
I was diagnosed with PCOS last year and I found out my body can't produce. I have to use birth control to help with my irregular periods I've had for about a whole year last year of no periods at all and when I got diagnosed she said you have PCOS and I have a very high cortisol and also testerones in my system but the birth control pills have been helping me lower my testerones I've been dieting eating healthier items putting more protein in my diet exercising I've been going on my walks I actually lost some weight a little bit more faster than I did these past couple years and now I know what I have I've been taking better care of myself.

Got diagnosed at 18, and still in high school. I had hemorrhagic cysts on both ovaries that would get so big and be filled with 🩸leaving free fluid in my abdomen when they ruptured. (Which I felt) I’m almost 30 now and my ovaries have been removed because not only was it getting worse it got to be too much for my body to handle. Thank you for the PCOS stickers 🩵

I was diagnosed at 22, been on metformin and all until I wanted to give my liver/body a break. Currently, I am 38 however ovasitol has helped me with the symptoms and regulating my period as well as working out and eating healthy.
