But if your eyes are consistently worse at night, don’t just keep adding random drops. You need to figure out why your tear film is breaking down. Sometimes, we need to focus on the oily part of the tears (whose job it is to keep the tears stuck on the eye). So imagine putting eye drops all day, when that’s not the real issue.
