@thedailydose45: Taking daily supplements is only half the battle—knowing when to take them determines how well your body actually absorbs the nutrients. Since vitamins and minerals interact differently with digestion, energy levels, and sleep, timing really does make all the difference! 🌞 Morning Routine (Energy & Absorption): * Vitamin D & Omega-3: Best with breakfast's fats. Vitamin D taken early also won't mess with melatonin. * Vitamin B-Complex & Biotin: Take these in the morning for an energy boost throughout the day, as they're key for cellular energy. * Iron: Absorbs best on an empty stomach with water or citrus juice. Avoid coffee or calcium with it. ☀️ Afternoon Routine (Sustained Support): * Vitamin C: This water-soluble antioxidant offers an immune and skin boost mid-day without disrupting digestion or sleep. 😴 Night Routine (Rest & Recovery): * Magnesium: Great for muscle relaxation and supporting GABA to help you wind down before bed. * Zinc: Best with dinner or an evening snack to help with overnight tissue repair and immune function, and to avoid nausea. Save this schedule to help optimize your daily routine! Which supplement timing surprised you the most? Share your daily vitamin lineup in the comments below, and pass this on to anyone building their wellness routine! #VitaminRoutine #WellnessTips #HealthHacks #SupplementsThatWork #HealthyHabits
This isn’t always doable unfortunately especially when you have a thyroid condition and you take the thyroid condition in the morning because it’s the only time it works when you try to switch it at night. It didn’t work so unfortunately, I have to take my vitamin d in the afternoon my vitamin C is taken in the evening. It’s just I’m on a whole slew of medication’s and I’m on a nice medication regimen. That’s actually working for me because my lab show that my body is absorbing like it should this doesn’t always work for everybody specially when you’re on multiple medications.

Talk to your doctor about when to take these. I don’t trust someone on any social media telling me when to take these.

I was told to take iron due to being anemic, but I hear it causes constipation. What is the best way to avoid this?
