If it's hung then it's clear there isn't enough EVIDENCE being presented! they aren't clear in their decisions because there isn't any Evidence. If you've watched the trial, you'll see she is NOT GUILTY

How can Sky news even get this wrong? This is why there is so much misinformation in the public domain. The trial is not just about whether Lindsay Clancy is criminally responsible/of sane mind. The jury can find her not guilty if the prosecution did not prove beyond reasonable doubt that she committed the alleged offences. Her attorney applied to bifurcate the trial, meaning that it would be split into two parts - part 1 would establish a guilty/not guilty verdict, part 2 would be to determine her mental capacity at the time of the alleged offences if part 1 deemed that she was in fact guilty. This was denied by the Judge and the trial proceeded as a whole.

If the jury cannot come to a verdict and the prosecution are stupid enough to go for another trial, good luck finding a jury that does not know of all the issues surrounding this case. #lindsayclancy

This woman was suffering from postpartum psychosis. She needs to be in a mental health facility. Everything isn’t always about guilty or not guilty. You need to research and understand the symptoms

if "not guilty." is an option on the verdict slip then shouldn't you be saying allegedly? She has not confessed in this case and the jury can absolutely come back and say they don't think she did it at all.

I don’t think people understand that if she’s found NGBRI she will not be out and about free. She will very likely spend the rest of her life in a medical facility. Shes been under 24-hour suicide prevention for three years; she is a deeply unwell woman.
