These are stupid easy??? You can have it squared up, footers dug, formed up, and graded in a day. Depending on plumbing, you come back regrade it, plastic wire and rebar and its ready to pour the next day. Then only takes half a day to strip forms and grade around it and youre gone. Depending on if they want any small pads around it. 5 grand of profit for basically 3 man hour days aint bad at all

Simple pad to do If you are just use to doing driveways and sideways Then you probably thinks it's hard to do 😂 Commercial structures like grade beams and other structural concrete work is can be very time consuming and very complicated

Seems like it would be faster since you don't have to do two separate pores like you would if you poured footers separately.
