My husband gets horrible gout flair ups. Tart cherry juice has helped numerous times when he feels it coming on. Definitely recommend. He also takes tart cherry pills.

My husband started with gout in 2018, doctor told us that its purines that turn into uric acid that causes this. Beer and pork are big triggers. So he no longer drinks and eats very little pork. He then got high blood pressure and switching to a low red meat diet has stabilized that.
