Prilosec 20mg 2x a day, zofran, and a whole lot of throwing up lol. Antihistamines help too so Claritin or Benadryl. My last pregnancy I had hyperemesis and nothing helped but this time I got the routine down !

sour candies helped me. once I had my first ob appointment she prescribed me zofran and it was a life saver. Tums and an acid control like pepcid might help as well especially at night time.

I’m on my third pregnancy and the first 2 I had nausea th full 40 weeks, nothing helped. Even zofran! I tried unisom during this pregnancy and it’s the only thing that has ever worked for me. It is a sleep aid also so I only take 1 at night but it does the job for the next day! Double check that it’s safe for 1st trimester use with your provider but it’s like $8 at any grocery store or pharmacy if you wanna try!
