What is crazy to me is that people are acting like any outcome is actually positive for her. Even if she were found 100% innocent, it is not like she will get to ever have her life back.

My guess is the women are against the men's decision. No woman would ever believe she was not guilty, she was let down by her spouse and Dr's, and had post partum psychosis. I had ppd after my first, my brain told me to throw my baby off the balcony, and other things. I kept that to myself so long, never told anyone. I was so shamed. Now I know it was PPD, not something to be shamed about. I stand with Lindsay.

they are not required to retry her. they can drop the charges and then charge Patrick. The lack of investigation that occurred is insane.

Yeah, a retrial would not be possible because how and where would you find an unbiased group of 18 people who haven’t been watching at this point? And the other two options would be to lessen the charges to get a plea deal, which there’s no way Reddington would agree to, or to just drop the charges entirely. I think the prosecution would be forced into the latter.

The chances of this jury knowing nothing about this case past the court room is unrealistic especially in this day and age. The coverage is world wide. Let alone they pop to the store see it on a magazine or newspaper, over hear people talking, or hear something on the radio whilst in the car. If they wanted the 100% guarantee they had zero influence they should have approved the Sequestration request.
