This is so overwhelming lol. I seriously don’t know what recruiters or anyone wants anymore lol. They tell us to use AI, re write your resume based on every job, then don’t use AI, reach out to recruiters after you apply….but shocker (!) they don’t respond because everyone else is doing the same thing. Not against you at all! It’s just there’s so much information + conflicting info being throw at candidates at once.

It's not the resumes and candidates, it's also everything else...I'm sick of 10 recruiters calling me for 1 role they aren't even hired to fill, meanwhile I already interviewed at the company a year ago and the role still isn't filled by anyone. It happened to me 5+ times in the last year alone. Enough with the recruitment BS and fake roles and jobs that don't need doing, not to mention the AI job adverts
