Stay behind the give way line until it's safe to leave the junction. Vehicles on the main road have priority. Obviously the car shouldn't be overtaking at a junction but that's irrelevant to priority here.

The lorry has priority. The car wanting to emerge from the junction MUST wait until the road ahead of them is clear. However, the car attempting to overtake the lorry *could* cause insurance to go 50/50 if a collision occurs between them and the car emerging from the junction because they failing to drive with due care and attention

Technically the lorry has priority coming from the main road. However it might be beneficial for the car on the side road to merge from the side road to the main road to support the swing of the lorry. Would be down to good judgement from the lorry driver to assess the situation. Regardless the car in the side road should not just enter the main road until it is safe to do so
